Refund and Returns Policy

Each ERDE product is formulated with utmost love and care to deliver the best results. We sincerely hope that you will be truly satisfied with the results. In the rare case when you want to return the products, do reach out to us within 4 days of order delivery and we’ll happily refund / replace your purchase.

We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:

  • You received a wrong shipment
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an expired product
    Please note that we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. ERDE is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-
  • Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Erde.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
  • Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 3 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 7- 21 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 48-72 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take 7-21 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
  • Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non-refundable.

Any order discrepancies or damaged items received must be reported within 4 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue & a picture of the item. Send to : Support@erdeindia.com

We’re NOT responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping info twice
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 4 days from the time of delivery of the product.
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps. Kindly keep the products ready in the original packaging and do mention the invoice / order number at the time of pick up.
Upon receiving the returned product/s, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund to your original payment source within 3 days.
